The rainbow phoenix really need to be a elite pet with it own statue. Some people may think its an ugly thing but when you have to max 10 titles to get it. I think that should qualify it for elite status. Its probablly the hardset to get and the most time consuming pet there is to get.

Agreed. I thought the rainbow phoenix did have its own statue, it most definately should since the imperial one does. The rainbow phoenix is probably more "respected" if you will than the black widow now. 10 max titles just to get it to spawn? It certainly deserves its own statue. I mean, I think all pets do, but this one...I'm surprised it doesn't have its own.

Why not?...That's the best thing they did to Hall of Monuments if you ask me. The next thing they should do is allow any and all weapons to be displayed. I'm proud to be an owner of Urgoz's Longbow, I'd like to display it and let my GW2 characters use it. I may just have to make a Destroyer weapon for that...

They should unify polymock pieces and minipets, but making so you lose the miniatures when making pieces out of them, but can create customized versions of them.

this not the*hall of the pussies* but the monuments! Its meant to be hard! You put your ACHIEVEMENTS in there of course they must be MAXED i prefer to have legendary survivor descendant than a simple survivor . Because when i'll go in gw2 I'll be proud of myself to have accomplished those stuff, how it was hard to get them and how the hell i deserve them! Finnaly, I'msure that most of those omg-its-so-hard-to-reach title will get to your gw2 character more benefits than others.

What is hard about legendary survivor? You pay people to level you or do Fronis over and over. Or if you are one of the rare people who actually play their survivor, you run like a chicken or map out at any sign of danger.

PvP titles, cartography, skill caps, guardian.... those all show some dedication and ability in some cases.

Survivor is meaningless.

I agree that rainbow phoenix and weapons changes should be made. I am still saddened by having to get rid of Big Fat Cat who had been with me for 18 months, just to display something other than 'animal companion'. Please don't tell me that of all the wonderful skins available in the game the only one that 'matters' will remain destroyer weapons.

i just wish you could put tormented weps in HoM i personally dont like the destroyer weps and my tormented shield would look much better in there then a stupid destroyer wep ><

Thank you. My pet has been with me for 10 million xp now...he deserves some recognition (even if he is the melandru's stalker I got in pre at third level) And thank you about the weapons tha can be displayed as well. Seriously...destroyer weapons are not all that attractive and I love my stormbow, shadowbow, platinum bow, urgoz's, etc.

You are right about the problems with multiple races. It seems a bit odd having a human ranger named Arduinna Lightarrow in GW1, and a Charr ranger with the same name in GW2... I rally don't know what Anet is planning to do with those issues.

Edit: After thinking about it, even the normal Phoenix is harder to get than Spider, because you actually have to spend time to get it.

Maybe they had an affair with Norgu.

All my toons are female and so the descendent thing doesn't work for me either. My Necro won't be dead in GW2 anyway. She'll rise as a lich and not a lame one like the end boss of Prophecies.

Anyway...HoM is fine. I'd love to be able to display Dwarven armor in HoM though. I'm very happy with my Vanguard armor but I would have preferred Dwarven.

I was going to start a new thread about this...but I didn't want to see it get closed.

Amen. I'm so unhappy about the inability to display the Dwarven set on my ranger. I think the dwarven armors are actually really good-looking chest, leg, and boot pieces, and then combined with some of the other elite pieces, you can make darn fine armor.

So: Dwarven for the hall!!!! (We did help them with the Great Destroyer, after all.)

I'd rather see a unique armour set for each race from Dwarven crafters... I don't see why aNet decided to release a full set [Silver Eagle] for Warriors but leave out all the other professions.
